In the past, producers and directors would personally narrate their stories to actors. But today’s actors live in a bubble, disconnected from reality. Decision-making is often influenced by social media analytics rather than genuine storytelling. The industry needs to return to authentic storytelling and audience connection if it wants to revive its golden days."
